Meet the man behind our beer.

Our Head Brewer Julian Widera made the journey from his home in Germany, via New Zealand, to Australia. Julian has been working in the brewing and beverage industry for over 10 years now and is extremely passionate about every beer he produces.

Julian originally learnt his brew craft in one of the premier tertiary brewing institutions in Berlin and is keen to share his passion for brewing with Australians.

Coming from Germany Julian certainly knows a competitive beer market.
